The Light We Share celebrates the warmth, wonder, and hope we find in one another during the holiday season. From the luminous beauty of Lauridsen’s Lux Aeterna and Gjeilo’s The Rose to beloved traditions, moments of peace, and a healthy dose of holiday humor, this program moves between the sacred and secular, reflective and joyful.

Through music of light, love, laughter, comfort, and connection, Choral Spectrum KC celebrates the families we are born into, the families we choose, and the community we create together. The Light We Share reminds us that when we offer our light freely and authentically, we make the season, and our world, a little brighter for everyone.
