About:
Choral Spectrum is a mixed chorus for all voices.  Choral Spectrum is about Love, Acceptance, Support, Community, and Fun.  We sing all types of music.  We strive for musical excellence.  We use music performance to engage, enlighten, and enhance the community.  Choral Spectrum aims to provide a musical LGBTQIA community for those seeking a mixed chorus experience.

Rehearsals:
Rehearsals are Thursday evenings, 7pm-9:30pm.

Dues:
Dues cover many costs, including music, venue rental, and administrative expenses. Dues can be paid in one lump sum, or divided out monthly.  Those who have a financial hardship may request reduced dues.  Dues are $20 per month.

Audition and Summer Sing Location:

Auditions:
-Before auditioning, we recommend that you join us for Summer Sing.  If that's not possible, you are still welcome to audition without participating in Summer Sing.
-All auditionees must sing 1 minute of a song that represents their voice and range. This can be a prepared solo or a selection from our Summer Sing music. The selection should be practiced in advance of the audition and will be performed a cappella. 
-Other audition requirements include warmups and sight singing.

 
Auditions Dates/Times:
*We ask that you arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled audition time.  Auditions take about 10 minutes.
-Thursday, June 13th, 2024, 4:30-6:30

***COVID-19 PROTOCOLS***
-Singers are required to be fully vaccinated and boosted.  
-Masks are not required.
-If you have active cold or flu symptoms you should not attend rehearsal.
-If you have lingering symptoms after your illness, it may be appropriate to mask or to sit away from the other singers.
